At Suvaper, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have seven days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return request if you are unsatisfied with your purchase.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Exchange Process

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you may make a separate purchase for the new item.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period (EU Customers Only)

For customers located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason.

• Items must be unused, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

• Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
• Processing Time: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
